What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the contact handle, intended visit date, party size, budget range and your message.
Purpose
We use it only to pass your enquiry to the venue concerned and to send you a reply.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for six months after they are closed, then deleted.
Disclosure to third parties
Details are shared only with the venue the enquiry concerns, and only as far as needed to reply. They are not shared with anyone else.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion through the enquiry channel on this site.
