1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for using the information service provided by DanangMax.
2. Nature of the service
DanangMax is an intermediary platform that compiles venue information and passes on enquiries. It is not the provider of the services offered by the venues.
3. Accuracy of information
Published information is reference material as of the check date and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current. DanangMax accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on it.
4. Eligibility
Use is limited to persons aged 18 and over.
5. Prohibited conduct
Reproducing or redistributing published information without permission, or collecting it in bulk by automated means, is prohibited.
